Traits are not being worked on still because we are barely starting; however, ideas and suggestions will be taken into consideration when we do start working on them.

And yes, hopefully we can have ancient languages spoken in the mod, but that will be done later as well. Maybe.

DXTBmp can help you with textures, if you don't want to use NVidia's Photoshop plugin, however it is not an image editor in and of itself, so you can't map in that.

You will need either Gimp or Photoshop in order to map or make skins.
